In honor of my blog about THE CROCK-POT LIFESTYLE, I thought it would be fun to share a crockpot recipe with you guys! THIS EASY CORN CHOWDER IS DELICIOUS NO MATTER HOW YOU MAKE IT!
CORN CHOWDER RECIPE
Ingredients
2 cups of milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package (10 ounces) frozen corn
1 cup cream-style corn
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
Salt, black pepper, chopped parsley
Other seasonings of your choice
Toppings: Diced cooked ham, bacon bits, or sautéed shrimp
Combine all the ingredients in the CROCK-POT. Cover and cook on High 4 to 5 hours. Add seasoning to taste. Garnish with the toppings of your choice and parsley. Serve! ✨
DISCLAIMER: In the video, it states to cook on low, but actually, you need to cook the dish on high for 4 to 5 hours.
