Welcome!
This one’s for all my girlies who give and give… and then give some more.
To the friend therapist. The caretaking partner. The daughter still trying to earn love. The hustling creative. The church girl everyone depends on. The overachieving oldest daughter. The loving single mom. The healer.
We all know a woman who fits one (or all) of those roles — shoot, it might even be you. I know for me, I’ve worn a few of these hats at different points in my life. And I’ve always believed in showing up fully: emotionally, physically, mentally. But lately? I’ve been feeling the weight. Carrying the load for everyone else is starting to feel like dragging an overstuffed suitcase through a terminal with no end in sight. The truth is, we deserve more than just a boarding pass to someone else’s needs. We deserve safe landings too.
So in this series, Safe to Love, we’re carving out space to rest, reflect, and reset. This isn’t about becoming harder or colder. It’s about loving with wisdom, choosing with intention, and protecting the heart that’s done so much for others. So buckle up, sis✈️This is your boarding call to love smarter, not smaller.
Coming up on the itinerary:
Signs He’s Safe: Green Flags Every Woman with a Big Heart Should Look For - May 8th
The Art of Discernment: Protecting Your Softness in a Loud World - May 15th
Who Holds You When You Hold Everyone Else? May 22th
Ready to board? ✈️
Make sure you don’t miss a post — subscribe to the blog, share it with your sister circle, and let’s normalize being loved the way we love others. You’ve carried enough, sis. It’s your turn to feel safe, seen, and so deeply loved. 💛
